"IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW SLOWLY YOU GO AS LONG AS YOU DON'T STOP".

"NOTHING GOOD EVER CAME EASY".

  1. Motivation is an individual thing, what works for one person might not work for another. Find something that resonates with you, it doesn't matter what it is or where it came from, use it to energise your body and focus your mind. If you stay motivated and give 1% extra each time you exercise you will succeed.
