Here is a simple diet plan that anyone can follow!

Start your weight loss journey by taking small steps, try following this diet plan for 7 days and see how you feel. Don't bother weighing your self or taking measurements at this stage, just simply make a decision to eat only what's below for 7 short days!

Take a quick note, there is definitely no alcohol in the plan.

Short term goals are an excellent way of creating life changes without drastic measures. Complete the 7 day diet and reward yourself on day 8, then repeat the process but add some simple exercises!
