Grilled Chicken and Corn Salad with Avocado & Parmesan


Ingredients (Serves 4)

1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
4 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
3⁄4 tsp kosher salt, divided
6 oz boneless chicken breast
3 ear corn, shucked
5 oz baby spinach, (about 5 cups)
1 avocado, cut into bite-size pieces
2 oz parmesan cheese, shaved
1⁄2 tsp black pepper, divided
